Urgently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can grow into an Account Executive! You will drive full cycle sales for Teamanics, a rapidly growing career platform that is eliminating the need for staffing agencies, the same way Expedia eliminated the need for travel agencies.
You would be responsible for calling healthcare employers, giving them a brief overview of Teamanics, and closing those employers to do a free trial of our platform. After a successful free trial, you will convert the employer to a paid customer.

- Cold calling from a target list prepared for you of medical clinics, doctor offices, dental clinics, and more
- Giving a brief overview of Teamanics, a career platform for hiring general workforce (receptionists, patient coordinators, admin assistants, etc) that saves employers time & money from do-it-yourself recruiting
- Inviting those employers to try the platform under our free trial (1 free hire)
- Having intelligent conversations with employers to understand their hiring needs
- Actively following up and staying in touch
- Collaborating with the delivery team to deliver a successful free trial
- Converting a free trial to a paid customer over time
- Telephone based selling/cold calling experience (preferably 2+ years)
- Experience or knowledge in medical staffing is a huge plus
- Remote team player with friendly and cheerful personality
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication and customer service skills
- Professionalism and the ability to command respect and trust
- Quick learner with a winning attitude
- Able to both bring in new opportunities and CLOSE them
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal supervision and maximum accountability
- College degree - BA, BS, or equivalent (preferred)
